Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Handmade crochet garments that are made to order may require 5–14 business days to complete before shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Handmade Crochet Items

Many of our crochet garments are handmade specifically for each customer. Please allow additional production time before shipment for made-to-order items.

If your order includes both handmade items and ready-to-ship products, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Herbal Wellness Products

Our herbal teas, capsules, powders, sea moss, and wellness products are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

YasminBey.net is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will gladly help you locate your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
