Handmade Crochet Garments
Each crochet item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order crochet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Herbal Wellness Products
For the safety and protection of our customers, all herbal products, teas, capsules, powders, and other ingestible wellness items are final sale.
Because these products are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened herbal products unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping package
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Digital Products
All eBooks, downloadable guides, digital courses, and other digital products are non-refundable after purchase.
